Participation Waiver

Everyone who intends to enter the field of play must fill out a waiver. This includes, but is not limited to photographers, coaches, and players. Those people who are under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If parent/legal guardian does not accompany minor to our facility, then this waiver must be notarized or minor will not be allowed to play paintball.
